Callers use the agent’s call page: the share link, or that page inside your website’s widget or iframe. It works in current Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, on desktop and mobile. There’s nothing to install and no sign-in.

A call, step by step

1

The call page

Shows the agent’s name, its avatar and AI voice agent · talk with your microphone, with a Start call button.
2

Start call

The browser asks for microphone access. While the call connects, the caller sees the avatar’s picture and a connecting message.
3

Live

The avatar appears and the agent says its first message. During the call, the caller sees:
  • captions of what the agent says,
  • a countdown of the time left,
  • a level meter for their microphone,
  • Mute and End call buttons.
4

The end

A card says how the call ended, with Call again and Close. On the share page, ending a live call (with End call, the close button or Esc) asks End the call? first, so a mis-click doesn’t hang up.
Muting sends silence instead of the caller’s voice, so the agent waits for them.

Messages

If callers see This agent can’t take calls right now, check your balance and monthly spending limit. The message never tells callers about your balance.

Privacy

Callers’ audio is used to understand them and generate the agent’s replies. Each call’s transcript is kept for the agent’s owner, in the dashboard and in the post-call webhook. The call page doesn’t use analytics, session recording or a support chat. See the Privacy Policy.
