Custom avatars

How it works

Request it

In the dashboard, open Avatars and click Request a custom avatar (or go to app.talking-avatar.dev/custom-avatar). Fill in the form and click Send request.

Pay

Within one business day, we email you a payment link and what to record next. You pay only after we reply.

Record

Send us a short video and voice recording of the person, with their signed consent.

Use it

We build the avatar and add it to your account. You get its avatar ID, for the SDK or the voice agent editor’s Custom avatar field.

What will the avatar do?	Your use case, at least 20 characters. For example: a branded AI interviewer for first-round screening calls, in English and Spanish.
Who will appear as the avatar?	Me, Someone on my team, A hired actor or presenter, or Not sure yet
Number of avatars	1 to 50. The form shows the total at $199 each.
Expected minutes per month	Under 1,000; 1,000–10,000; 10,000–100,000; over 100,000; or Not sure yet
When do you need it?	As soon as possible, This month, Next quarter, or Just exploring
Phone	Optional
Anything else?	Optional: look, setting, languages, brand guidelines
Consent	You confirm that the person who appears will give their written consent, and that you have the rights to the video and voice recordings you send

Use your custom avatar

Editor → Avatar & voice → Custom avatar → enter the avatar ID

You may only create an avatar of a real person with their consent, and you may not use an avatar to impersonate anyone. See the Terms of Service.
