# Custom avatars

> Your own face, or your brand's presenter, as a realistic avatar. $199 per avatar, one time.

A custom avatar is a realistic avatar of a person you choose: yourself, someone on your team, or a hired presenter. It costs **\$199 per avatar, one time**. Sessions and voice agent calls with it cost the usual per-minute rate.

## How it works

**1. Request it**

In the dashboard, open **Avatars** and click **Request a custom avatar** (or go to [app.talking-avatar.dev/custom-avatar](https://app.talking-avatar.dev/custom-avatar)). Fill in the form and click **Send request**.

**2. Pay**

Within one business day, we email you a payment link and what to record next. You pay only after we reply.

**3. Record**

Send us a short video and voice recording of the person, with their signed consent.

**4. Use it**

We build the avatar and add it to your account. You get its **avatar ID**, for the SDK or the voice agent editor's **Custom avatar** field.

## The request form

| **Number of avatars** | 1 to 50. The form shows the total at \$199 each. |
| **Expected minutes per month** | Under 1,000; 1,000–10,000; 10,000–100,000; over 100,000; or Not sure yet |
| **When do you need it?** | As soon as possible, This month, Next quarter, or Just exploring |
| **Phone** | Optional |
| **Anything else?** | Optional: look, setting, languages, brand guidelines |
| **Consent** | You confirm that the person who appears will give their written consent, and that you have the rights to the video and voice recordings you send |
