## In the dashboard

* **Request a feature** in the sidebar opens a short form.
* A support chat is available on dashboard pages.

## When you write to us

Include what helps us answer quickly:

* The email of your Talking Avatar account.
* For a session: when it started, and the avatar ID. For a voice agent call: its **Call ID**, from the call's details.
* Any error message or close code.
* For billing: the date and amount of the payment.

Never send us your API key or an agent's signing secret.
