# Create an account and sign in

> Sign up with Google or an emailed code. No passwords.

The dashboard at [app.talking-avatar.dev](https://app.talking-avatar.dev) is where you create API keys, build voice agents, add credits and see your usage. There are no passwords: you sign in with Google or with a code we email you.

## Create an account

**1. Open the sign-up page**

Go to [app.talking-avatar.dev/sign-up](https://app.talking-avatar.dev/sign-up).

**2. Choose how to sign up**

* **Continue with Google**, or
* Enter your **full name** and **work email**, complete the security check, and click **Email me a code**.

**3. Enter the code**

We email you an **8-digit code**. Enter it and click **Create account**.

Your new account comes with **\$1 of free credits**, and you land on the **Overview** page.

By continuing, you agree to the [Terms of Service](https://talking-avatar.dev/terms) and the [Privacy Policy](https://talking-avatar.dev/privacy). You must be at least 18 to use Talking Avatar.

## Sign in

Go to [app.talking-avatar.dev/login](https://app.talking-avatar.dev/login) and either click **Continue with Google**, or enter your email, complete the security check and enter the code we send you.

> Signing in with an email that has no account shows **No account found for this email. Please create an account first.** Use the [sign-up page](https://app.talking-avatar.dev/sign-up) instead.

## About sign-in codes

* A code is 8 digits and expires after 10 minutes.
* Didn't get it? Check your spam folder, then complete the security check again and click **Send a new code**.
* To protect your inbox, you can request up to 5 codes for the same email in 10 minutes. After that, wait a few minutes and try again.
* Entered a typo in your email? Click **Use a different email**.

## Stay signed in, or sign out

You stay signed in on that browser until you sign out. To sign out, click the sign-out icon next to your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then confirm.

## Sharing an account with a team

Everything in the dashboard belongs to your **account**: the balance, API keys, voice agents, usage and billing settings. Contact [support@talking-avatar.dev](mailto:support@talking-avatar.dev) if you'd like teammates to share one account.

## Close your account

You can stop using Talking Avatar at any time. To have your account and its data deleted, email [support@talking-avatar.dev](mailto:support@talking-avatar.dev) from the account's email address.
