# Dashboard tour

> What's on each page of the Talking Avatar dashboard.

The dashboard at [app.talking-avatar.dev](https://app.talking-avatar.dev) has a sidebar with four sections.

| Section | Page | What it's for |
| - | - | - |
| | **Overview** | Your balance, this month's usage, the last 30 days and recent sessions |
| **Build** | **Voice agents** | Create, test, share and review [voice agents](https://docs.talking-avatar.dev/voice-agents/overview.md) |
| | **Avatars** | Browse the avatars, talk to each one for free, and [request a custom avatar](https://docs.talking-avatar.dev/realistic-avatars/custom-avatars.md) |
| **Developers** | **API keys** | Create and revoke [API keys](https://docs.talking-avatar.dev/dashboard/api-keys.md) |
| | **Quickstart** | Copy-paste code for Realistic Avatars, and a [prompt for your coding agent](https://docs.talking-avatar.dev/realistic-avatars/coding-agent.md) |
| **Account** | **Usage** | Every [avatar session](https://docs.talking-avatar.dev/dashboard/usage.md), with its duration and cost |
| | **Billing** | [Add credits](https://docs.talking-avatar.dev/dashboard/billing.md), auto top-up, monthly spending limit, watermark, credit history |

The sidebar also links to the **Slack community** and a **Request a feature** form, and shows your balance with the minutes it buys.

## Overview

The Overview page greets you by name and shows:

* **Available balance**, with roughly how many minutes of live avatar and of voice agent calls it buys, and an **Add credits** button. A **live** badge shows how many sessions are running right now.
* **The last 30 days** as a waveform: one bar per day, its height the avatar minutes used that day. Hover over a bar to see that day's minutes and cost.
* **This month:** minutes, spend, sessions (with the average session length) and the number of API keys.
* **Recent sessions:** the latest six sessions, with the avatar, what started them (an API key or a voice agent), the duration and the cost. **View all** opens the [Usage](https://docs.talking-avatar.dev/dashboard/usage.md) page.

If you haven't built a voice agent yet, a banner offers to create your first one.

> [!NOTE]
>
> Months, days and the spending limit use UTC.

## Avatars

Every avatar in the library is listed with its name, look, style (Professional or Casual) and its **avatar ID**, the value you pass to the SDK.

* **Try live** starts a free two-minute call with that avatar. Demo calls don't use your credits. They're transcribed to improve Talking Avatar.
* **Use in a voice agent** opens a new voice agent with that avatar and its suggested voice.
* **Your own avatar** opens the [custom avatar](https://docs.talking-avatar.dev/realistic-avatars/custom-avatars.md) request form.

See the full list on [Avatars](https://docs.talking-avatar.dev/realistic-avatars/avatars.md).

## Theme

Choose **Light**, **Dark** or **System** at the bottom of the sidebar. The choice is kept in your browser.

## Getting help

* **Slack community:** the sidebar's **Slack community** link opens an invite to the Talking Avatar Slack.
* **Request a feature:** opens a short form. If the form can't load (for example, because of an ad blocker), it opens an email to support instead.
* **Support chat:** a chat button on dashboard pages reaches the team directly.
* **Email:** [support@talking-avatar.dev](mailto:support@talking-avatar.dev).
